Rowland Street Project

Existing 28,000 Sq. Ft. building in the city of Industry. FB&E's steel erection team removed existing roof and wall panels and replaced those with four inch insulated roof panels and replaced those with four inch insulated roof panels and two inch insulated wall panels. Inside the building contains new offices, coffee/sink area, restrooms and roll-up doors.

Surrounding the building you will find a new loading dock with masonry details, landscaping, striping, paving, lighting fixtures, and ADA approved path with ADA accessories.
