Project Summary
A new FBO and hangar complex at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California. The development includes 41,800 sf. of office and passenger terminal space, four hangars totaling 145,000 sf. and a 6.7-acre ramp area.
The facility is designed to be carbon-neutral, incorporating sustainable features such as solar panels, EV charging and high-capacity electric aircraft charging.
Ground was broken in November 2024, with a completion expected in phases through Q3 2026. It is considered the largest private infrastructure investment in John Wayne Airport’s history.
