Transfer Station Expansion (from original 2007–2011 build), New MRF Enclosure, C&D Enclosure and Site Improvements. Coordinated expansion and new buildings with existing operations.
Ventilation for AQMD. Enclosures were a direct response to containment of facilities operations indoors. Negative pressure environment to prevent dust and particles from escaping.
