Project Summary
90,000 Sq. ft. Five-building campus build on Los Angeles County- owned property. All buildings are single story. Features on site include housing for the homeless, kitchens, dining room, healthcare center, kennels and administrative offices. The first-of-its-kind, walk-in-in facility will serve individuals with medical and mental health care, a safe sleeping environment. The limited stay structures contain temporary housing for men, women and couples with a total of 177 beds.
Constructed through VFB Joint Venture including Facility Builders & Erectors, Inc. and T. Viole Construction in accordance with Los Angeles County and Housing for Health.
