Project Summary
A new FBO and hangar complex at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California. The development includes 41,800 Sq. Ft. of office and passenger terminal space, four hangars totaling 145,000 Sq. Ft. and 6.7- acre ramp area. The Facility is designed to be carbon neutral, incorporating sustainable features such as solar panels, EV charging and high-capacity electric aircraft charging.
Ground was broken in November 2024 and is considered the largest private infrastructure investment in John Wayne Airport's history.
