Project Highlights
Facility Builders and Erectors was the construction manager for the City of Buena Park City Yard. The project consisted of the conversion of 100,000 sf. of existing manufacturing and office space that Facility Builders built years previously as a tilt-up building, into the city's operations facility for city vehicle maintenance, streets, signs, water, sewer, traffic signals, environmental management, administration and warehousing. The site work included the installation of a new, above ground fuel station. Facility Builders constructed 11,000 sf. of metal canopy structures and installed storm water filter systems to meet current storm water quality regulations.
