Construct facility improvements for an environmental services company operation while keeping the 14-acre operation with 100 vehicles in full operation.

Project Highlights

In order to meet the evolving demands for RES's ongoing operations, which include trash collection and sophisticated recycling of community waste streams, Facility Builders & Erectors, Inc. was charged with constructing a new truck maintenance building with CNG vehicle repair capacity, new bin repair facility with paint booth, upgrading tenant improvements to existing offices, expanding recycling operations, converting drainage of the 14-acre site to through storm water filtration systems and installation of both slow fill and fast fill CNG fueling systems. Challenges include a daily coordinated work effort with an active and ongoing fleet operation and delivering the work in multiple phases. This work was successfully completed over a 12-month period.
