The Facility Builders & Erectors, Inc. team handled the steel erection, roof & wall sheeting (including six bi-fold roof doors) and insulation systems of a 2-story 36,673 square foot pre-engineered/conventional hybrid steel building.
This large commercial building was made to help foster creativity for an innovative team. With glass walls, open seating concepts and incorporating more natural lighting, this building was built to help stimulate collaboration and creativity. This unique building also features an open, no-roof area towards the middle of the building where employees can take advantage of a Southern California day on break, brainstorm in a new atmosphere or even bring potential clients and business partners out to enjoy a fantastic view of Downtown Los Angeles.
